7-DAY DELIVERY POLICY: The delivery period is 7 business days. This period begins on the next full business day following the receipt of the copy questionnaire. This means if a questionnaire is received late Tuesday evening, the delivery period starts Wednesday morning, 8AM CST. US public holidays are observed and excluded from the delivery period.

MANDATORY COMPLETION OF COPY QUESTIONNAIRE: Personalized assessment requires full completion of the copy questionnaire. Assessments will not be conducted without a completed questionnaire. Customers are granted up to a full calendar year from the date of purchase to submit the questionnaire and finalize the audit. After a full calendar year, without a completed questionnaire, the audit will be considered forfeit.

GUARANTEE POLICY: If less than 5 significant strategy or copywriting improvements are found, your purchase will be refunded minus the payment processing fees (about 3%).

REFUND POLICY. If the Impact Copywriter cannot complete your audit within the delivery period due to unexpected circumstances (e.g. sickness), you will be notified and offered the choice of a full refund.
Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to complete the questionnaire or use the audit. Please do not purchase an audit unless you seriously intend to use it.

How do I access the copy questionnaire?
You'll get the questionnaire link both on the confirmation page and in your confirmation email. You can complete it at any time after purchase.
How long do I have to complete the questionnaire?
Up to a full calendar year after purchase. Yep, that means you can order an audit now and use it later. Keep in mind: All copy audits require a completed questionnaire. That's how Paige gives you personalized feedback. So, your sales page assessment won't begin until the questionnaire is submitted.
Do you rewrite my sales page?
Your assessment includes a rewrite of up to 500 words for 1 sales page section - usually the most problematic one.
What if you can't find anything wrong with my sales page?
That's NEVER happened! But if it does, the "get help" guarantee promises you a full refund (minus payment processing fees) if Paige finds less than 5 significant ways to improve your page.
